For more than 60 years, Barigazzi F.lli has been an established business. In the facility, which covers an area of 40,000 square meters, 10,000 of which are covered, the following are produced each year 1.5 million pallets, from 2-way and 4-way disposable types, to colored or branded, box pallets, frames, CPs, and EPAL-certified pallets

Research and Professionalism

Research in technological, production and product innovation coupled with a highly professional staff have enabled the development and growth of Barigazzi F.lli making it among the leaders on the Italian market.

The strength of the facility is the complete process autonomy that allows us to carry out the entire production process in-house, from log cutting to pallet nailing, enabling us to respond quickly to any need with standard and customized solutions.

ONLY SELECTED TIMBER

In particular, the company is one of the few to have an in-house sawmill, (redesigned in 2008 by the Barigazzi family in collaboration with Bongioanni), which allows it to process particular wood species with specific characteristics, making the company independent in the procurement of sawn timber.

THE BASIS OF EVERYTHING

The pallet is not seen as just packaging, but a fundamental part of logistics and transportation, so it must be functional, safe, and have a low environmental impact.
In this regard, Barigazzi F.lli has developed the project. Palok, which certifies the capacity of the individual pallet model through laboratory tests so as to provide the user with the necessary information about the actual performance of the item and has achieved PEFC certification for the use of wood from environmentally sustainable cultivated forests.

Research and Innovation

At the core of our work we place research and innovation.

In cooperation with major nailing machine manufacturers, we have installed a highly automated assembly line that, through the use of anthropomorphic robots, enables rapid production, minimizing changeover times and allowing the production of small batches of customized pallets at extremely competitive costs.

Given Barigazzi F.lli’s wide range of products and the multi-sectoral nature of its customers, it can be said that its pallets are right “at the heart of everything.”
