How to read the mark:
Inside the left pane:
IPPC/FAO logo internationally recognized symbol
Inside the right pane:
IT-00-000: identification code of the company that carried out the treatment or produced the packaging with already treated raw material, of which:
- IT: country where the treatment was carried out or where the packaging was produced with already treated raw material (in this case Italy)
- 00: identifies the code of the region where the treatment was carried out or where the packaging was produced with raw material already treated
- 000: code identifying the company that performed the treatment or produced the packaging with raw material that has already been treated
HT: indicates heat treatment (HT =Heat Treatment)
Below the left pane:
0000/00: RRF (Phytosanitary Traceability Reference Number) of which:
- 0000: sequence code identifying the treatment number or production with raw material already treated
- 00: year in which treatment or production was carried out with raw material already treated
Below the right pane:
